Privacy Policy

This policy explains what personal information ListDolly collects, how we use it and the choices you have. ListDolly ("we"), operated by an individual based in Hong Kong, is responsible for it. Questions go to support@listdolly.com.

What we collect

• Account details: your name, email address and sign-in data. If you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email and profile picture from Google.
• Listing content: the photos you upload, listing details such as the address, room labels, and the text you add to reels.
• Brand details: your name, title, phone number, brokerage, logo and portrait, if you add them to a brand kit.
• Reels and shots made from your photos.
• Billing details: your plan, purchases and invoices. Stripe handles card details. We don't see or store full card numbers.
• Technical data: IP address, browser and device type, and logs of requests and errors, which we use to run and secure the service.
• Analytics and cookies: we use cookies to keep you signed in. With your consent, we may also use analytics to see how the site is used. You can change this choice at any time from Cookie settings in the footer.

How we use it

• To run ListDolly: store your photos, generate shots, assemble reels and let you download them.
• To process payments and send receipts and account emails.
• To provide support and answer your requests.
• To keep the service secure, prevent fraud and abuse, and fix problems.
• To understand and improve the product, using analytics only if you agree.

We don't sell your personal information, and we don't use your photos or reels to train AI models.

AI processing

To make a reel, we send a cropped frame from each photo, together with the camera movement, to our AI video provider, which returns a short video clip. We then send those clips, your text and your brand assets to our video-assembly provider, which renders the final reel. These providers process the content only to produce the result for you.

The original-photo page

Each reel links to a page that shows the original photos used for it. This page is public to anyone with the link and stays online after you archive the listing, because people who saw the reel may still check it. To take a page down, email us.

Who processes your data

We use these service providers to run ListDolly:

These providers may process data in the United States and other countries. Where the law requires it, we rely on appropriate safeguards for these transfers.

How long we keep it

• Account, listing content and reels: while your account is open.
• After you close your account: we delete your account data and files within 30 days, except where the law requires us to keep records.
• Billing records: kept as long as tax and accounting laws require.
• Logs: kept for a limited time for security and troubleshooting.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us to access, correct, export or delete your personal information. Email support@listdolly.com from the address on your account. Depending on where you live, you may have more rights, such as objecting to certain processing or complaining to a data protection authority. We won't treat you differently for using these rights.

Security

We use encryption in transit, access controls and private storage for your files. Downloads and previews use short-lived signed links. No system is perfectly secure, so please tell us right away if you think your account has been compromised.

Children

ListDolly is not intended for anyone under 18, and we don't knowingly collect their information.

Changes

If we make material changes to this policy, we'll update the date above and let you know by email or in the app before they take effect.
