What counts as one listing?
One property address. You get 10 AI camera shots from your photos and 6 reels made from them. Stage changes, the 3 extra reels, the MLS version and downloads never use another listing.
When is a listing used?
When you click Generate. Planning, cropping and previewing camera moves are free. If fewer than 5 shots come out, the listing goes back to your balance and the good shots stay.
What if a shot fails?
We retry it for you. If it still fails, we build the reels from the shots that worked and show you which photo to swap. Swapping a failed photo is free.
Can I change a camera move after the reels are made?
Yes, up to 5 shots per listing. Reordering clips, trimming, text and stage changes are unlimited.
Do unused listings roll over?
Yes, for up to one month of your plan. If you cancel, you have 30 days to use what is left and download your reels.
Can I delete a listing?
You can archive it to hide it from your list. Its original-photo page stays up, because buyers who see the reel may still check it.
